Roland House serviced apartments South Kensington are close to the prestigious shopping areas of Knightsbridge, Kensington and Chelsea and is ideally placed for the museums and major exhibition centres of Earls Court and Olympia.
Our apartments are the ideal choice for the independent and corporate traveller seeking spacious accommodation at reasonable prices whilst visiting London. All apartments, whether studio, one bedroom or two bedroom apartment, is fully self-contained.
Please note, for longer stays (3 months ore more) the prices are:
Studio – £570 per week
One Bedroom Apartment – £725 per week on the grand floor and £775 per week on the 7th floor
Two Bedroom Apartment – £875 per week on the grand floor and £950 per week on the 7th floor
This price includes all bills, access to a gym and spa area, access to a launderette and once a week linen change.

Rates at this property are considerably higher during peak seasons and special London events e.g. Summer, Christmas/ New Year, World Holidays, etc. Please keep this in mind when making an enquiry for stays across these dates. If unsure please confirm with your agent.
The tenant will be asked to sign a general tenancy agreement, this will require a £70 admin fee. If a third party wants to settle the invoice with rent and VAT on behalf of the tenant, we will require the full name, address, telephone & fax number and email address from the latter in addition to the tenant’s contact details. There is a charge of £100 to check inventory on departure, this will be taken from the deposit.
