All rates are per apartment per night (NOT per person)

Access Accommodation is under the Tour Operators Margin Scheme (TOMS). We DO NOT include VAT at 20% in our rates. We will not be able to issue VAT invoices. The rates that are conveyed to you at the time of making a booking or enquiry through Access Accommodation, will be the rates applicable at the time of confirming the reservation. In case of any unforeseen changes or problems with your reservation, we will contact you for your approval/instructions. The reservation will be processed once we have received your approval/instructions.

Deposit required upon booking stage to confirm the space:

1 – ­6 nights: 1 night

7 – ­28 nights: 7 nights

29 – ­89 nights: 14 nights

90+ nights: 28 nights

The confirmation will also include our check-­in instructions and cancellation policy. Access Accommodation cannot be held liable for bookings that are assumed to be booked. Please ensure that your email address was entered correctly into the system as the booking confirmation will be emailed to you. Please take a print out of the confirmation email that would be instantly sent after the successful completion of the payment. If you do not receive your booking confirmation, please check your Junk Mail folder. Alternatively contact your bank to ensure that payments can be made payable to Access Accommodation online. You can inform us about your preferred apartment choice at the time of submitting your reservation request. In the event that the apartment is fully booked, we will endeavour to offer you an alternative apartment of similar price and quality. We will not proceed with any reservation without your prior approval.

After you submit your enquiry, you will receive an email containing information about the full booking process and the apartment cancellation policy. We will share the apartment address, check in details and telephone number upon confirmation of your booking. You will receive a confirmation for your enquiry email on the same day if we receive the booking between 9am to 4.30pm GMT, Monday to Friday. The confirmation email will be sent the following morning if you have booked outside of these hours. In case you booked post 5pm GMT on Friday or over the weekend, the confirmation email will be sent the following Monday. Our endeavour is to respond to your email as soon as possible. PAYMENT

Access Accommodation will require credit card details as a guarantee, which are used for the apartments only, in the process of booking the apartment(s) as per your instructions.

CANCELLATIONS

If bookings are cancelled within the cancellation period, the deposit will be refunded.

If cancelled after the period stated, the deposit will be kept as cancellation fees.

1­ – 6 nights: 1 night

7­ – 28 nights: 7 nights

29  ­89 nights: 14 nights

90+ nights: 28 nights

If you fail to arrive at the apartment on your intended date of arrival, without prior cancellation within the specified period, Access Accommodation is entitled to charge your credit card a specific amount. The amount of this cancellation charge depends upon the terms and conditions of the particular apartment.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Access Accommodation excludes all warranties, express or implied relating to this website. This includes, but is not limited to, any implied warranty that the information it contains is accurate or up­ to­ date or is suitable for any particular purpose. Access Accommodation shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as the result of the use of this website.

All apartment information and descriptions are supplied by the apartments featured. Access Accommodation does its utmost to maintain accuracy and to check details wherever possible. Access Accommodation cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions that may arise, or be responsible or liable for any negligence, in relation to information on or accessible from this website. Access Accommodation also reserves the right to change information published on the site, at any time, including rates, descriptions and photographs. Access Accommodation makes no warranty or representation about the fitness or suitability of any product or service advertised on its web site. These terms do not affect consumer statutory rights. Access Accommodation reserves the right to update any of its terms and conditions at any time, as may be required and as may be in line with the company’s business. The onus is placed on all parties using the website to undertake adequate measures to ensure that they visit any such terms and conditions on a regular basis.
