Description

Octave House Monument serviced apartments offer contemporary one bedroom apartment’s moments from London’s historic Monument.  The apartments are fully equipped and ready to move into making them perfect for those on business in the city or visiting London alike.

The open plan kitchens are equipped to make cooking easy and give you the benefit of choosing when to dine in or out.  The lounge area has a sofa which can be transformed into a sofa-bed if required and dining facilities.  The bedrooms offer double beds, built in wardrobes and a separate bathroom.  The executive apartments are slightly larger than the standard apartments.

All apartments feature a large multichannel digital TV/DVD and Wi-Fi internet is available throughout.

These City serviced apartments are in a superb location beside The Monument and only moments away from both Monument and Bank Stations. They are also near Tower Hill Station and within walking distance of Liverpool Street Station.

For those mixing business with leisure or simply enjoying a break in London, the location boasts plenty of attractions such as St Pauls Cathedral plus the transport links make it a great base for further exploration.  There are also plenty of local cafes, bars, restaurants and shops to keep you entertained.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

CHECK IN
Check-in is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Early check in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

CHECK OUT
Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Late check out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

CANCELLATION
The following Cancellation Charges apply where the Guest cancels for any reason before or during their stay:

  • If the Booking Period is for a period of 28 nights up to 89 nights the Guest must provide 14 days notice of cancellation to avoid Cancellation Charges equal to 14 nights rental of The Apartment (at the prevailing weekly rate) plus VAT.
  • If the Booking Period is for a period of more than 90 nights the Guest must provide 21 days notice of cancellation to avoid Cancellation Charges equal to 21 nights rental of The Apartment (at the prevailing weekly rate) plus VAT.

In the event of a no-show the Cancellation Charge will be charged and taken from the Guest’s credit card account and/or deducted from any deposit.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed with the Guest in return for waiving their cancellation charges (‘Pay Now Rates’) the Company reserves the right to charge for the full Booking Period if the Guest cancels the booking even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

In addition to the above charges if a special or reduced rate has been agreed for Booking Period of over 60 nights the Company reserves the right to charge the full rate as per the Price List which will be back dated to the start of the booking if the Guest cancels.

PAYMENT
We require full payment at the time of booking. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at the time of booking| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.

EXTENSION POLICY
Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. We will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.

Declaration: Booking Declaration

It is the responsibility of all prospective clients/guests to read the declaration linked above prior to booking any services or accommodations.

Proceeding with a booking confirms that the clauses set out in the declaration and terms and conditions have been observed, read, understood, and accepted.

Once a booking is instructed by a customer and processed by us, it is considered a binding agreement between the client/guest and the respective service provider.
