Please note that this property does not have a 24 hours reception; check-in needs to be arranged in advance via email or telephone (we will contact you to arrange the check-in). A representative will then meet and welcome you personally on arrival at the previously agreed time.

Registration Card to be signed upon arrival. All reservations are subject to a refundable security deposit/credit card pre-authorization of up to GBP 300.00 upon arrival. The return is subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation and compliance with the terms of use of the apartment.

Minimum Length of Stay:

3 nights.

Extension of bookings:

On request basis and subject to availability.

Payment Policy – Terms & Conditions:

If the guest is settling their own account, full payment is required upon arrival. Company payment must be paid by BACS prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy (Inc. In-house bookings) – Terms & Conditions:

15 days prior arrival – no charge

14 days prior arrival – 3 nights cancellation fee.
