Knightsbdirge Garden View – a 4 Bedroom 2.5 Bathroom duplex apartment on the 3rd floor in Egerton Place, just 4 minutes’ walk from Harrod’s. This is an apartment we have added very recently and newly furnished throughout just June 2019. It has a lovely view across the gardens in Egerton Place and to the rear of the apartment. There are king-size beds in 2 very large bedrooms and a large Single bed in each of 2 smaller, adjacent bedrooms. We can place up to 3 quality floor mattresses in the larger bedrooms. This apartment is on the 3rdfloor and there is a small (1 person) old lift in the building as well as an easy to climb the staircase. Once up, the apartment is very well worth the walk.
Apartment Features
The entrance to the apartment is on the 3rd floor and the one person lift does go to the 3rd floor. The stair case is 3 x flight of steps to reach the apartment.
It is a duplex apartment, there is an internal staircase within the apartment and the lift does not go to the upper level.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Making A Booking
A deposit of 10% is required to secure a reservation and this remains fully refundable, should the client need to cancel for any reason, up to 15 days prior to arrival. The balance is due 14 days prior to arrival and payments made are then non-refundable.
Arrival
Check-In is from 3.00 p.m.
Check Out is up to 11.00 a.m.
Check In
We provide a full Meet and Greet Service – a member of the team will meet you on arrival at your apartment. After you make your reservation, we will liaise with you over your arrival time and to arrange an airport transfer quotation for you, if needed.
Late Arrival Fee
Please note that there is a flat Late Check In Fee of GBP 50.00 payable on arrival, if you are arriving after 9.00 p.m.
London Serviced Apartments will provide you with a 24 hour contact number in the event you have any concerns about your apartment.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of GBP 1000.00 is secured. No claim is made against this after your departure unless any damages occur in the apartment during your stay. This is fully refundable after your departure assuming no damages occur in the apartment during your stay.
