A small but perfectly formed and fully equipped kitchen enables you to enjoy lazy breakfasts at your own pace or romantic meals for two with views across the skyline. Plantation shutters provide privacy and a stylish feel to this beautiful space. The comfy king sized bed with the finest Egyptian cotton bed linen has all the space you need for relaxing in and with brand new designer furniture, a large flat screen TV and plenty of storage this really is a peach of an apartment. There’s even desk space with cabling to connect direct to the free, unlimited and stable 100mb cable broadband if you aren’t simply here for some well-earned R & R or a romantic trip with your partner. Free unlimited super fast 100mb WiFi is included in the rental price along with a complimentary welcome pack containing fresh flowers, toiletries, milk, sugar, coffee and single estate teas. A weekly 2 hour clean is also included along with a change of the Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels. A daily maid service and additional towels can be arranged with us for a minimal surcharge at the time of booking as an “add on” or during your stay.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
The property pre-authorises £300 via card upon arrival, which would is released upon check-out upon satisfactory inspection of the apartment.
Please note that we have a 30 days cancellation policy on all bookings. Should a guest wish to cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival, we would refund the entire amount minus a £50 admin fee.

We have 24/7 porters on site, so there are no late arrival fees.

Security deposit required – preauthorisation of £350 for studio apartments and £500 for one and two bedroom apartments for short stays. Deposit taken as a payment and refunded on departure for longer bookings
Reservations longer than 30 nights will be quoted case by case.

Weekly cleaning included for stays of 7 or more nights – 2 hour spring cleaning for studios and one bedroom apartments, 4 hour spring clean for 2 bedroom apartments.Extra maid services:
Daily maid service (without linen and towels)- £14 for one beds (30 minutes), £28 for two beds (1 hour)
Change of linen and towels – £18 for one beds, £36 for two beds
Extra towels – £5 per set (one hand towel, one bath towel)
Extra 2 hour clean with change of linen and towels (studios and one beds) – £60
Extra 4 hour clean with change of linen and towels (two beds) – £80
Security
There is CCTV and a 24 hour porter service. Check-in is 15:00hrs and check-out 11:00hrs. The porters can store your luggage outside of these times
