Apartment 424 is a larger than average one bedroom apartment and enjoys views across Sloane Avenue from the 4th Floor of popular Nell Gwynn House. A beautifully tiled bathroom with both a full sized bath and overhead shower contains plenty of space to relax in after a busy day sight-seeing or working in town. A fully equipped kitchen provides you with the choice of preparing delicious home cooked meals from the produce that you may have bought from the farmers market at Duke of York Square when you fancy a night in. A King sized bed with luxurious Egyptian cotton bed linen guarantees a comfortable sleep after a busy day exploring London and a sofa bed in the living room is ideal for the children (additional fee of £12 per night applicable. Please select as an add-on during booking)  The SMART tv has SKY and Freeview.

Free unlimited super fast 100mb WiFi is included in the rental price along with a complimentary welcome pack containing fresh flowers, toiletries, milk, sugar, coffee and single estate teas. A weekly 2 hour clean is  also included along with a change of the Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels. A daily maid service and additional towels can be arranged with us for a minimal surcharge at the time of booking as an “add on” or during your stay.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

The property pre-authorises £300 via card upon arrival, which would is released upon check-out upon satisfactory inspection of the apartment.

Please note that we have a 30 days cancellation policy on all bookings. Should a guest wish to cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival, we would refund the entire amount minus a £50 admin fee.

We have 24/7 porters on site, so there are no late arrival fees.

Amendments subject to availability

Passport and card of the credit card holder provided prior or on arrival

Security deposit required – preauthorisation of £350 for studio apartments and £500 for one and two bedroom apartments for short stays. Deposit taken as a payment and refunded on departure for longer bookings

Reservations longer than 30 nights will be quoted case by case.

Baby Cot – £6 per night

Hight Chair – £5 per night

Weekly cleaning included for stays of 7 or more nights – 2 hour spring cleaning for studios and one bedroom apartments, 4 hour spring clean for 2 bedroom apartments.Extra maid services:

Daily maid service (without linen and towels)- £14 for one beds (30 minutes), £28 for two beds (1 hour)

Change of linen and towels – £18 for one beds, £36 for two beds

Extra towels – £5 per set (one hand towel, one bath towel)

Extra 2 hour clean with change of linen and towels (studios and one beds) – £60

Extra 4 hour clean with change of linen and towels (two beds) – £80

Security

There is CCTV and a 24 hour porter service. Check-in is 15:00hrs and check-out 11:00hrs. The porters can store your luggage outside of these times
